Find help and healing for the hurt of separation and divorce

Unless you’ve been there, it's hard to understand the hurt that comes from separation and divorce. That’s why many of your friends and family don't fully understand what you are going through and don't know how best to help you.

We do. Our Divorce Care group is led by people who have been through divorce and successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we’ve been in the same place. We’ll show you how to deal with the hurt caused by your separation or divorce.

Divorce Care is a network of 15,000 plus churches worldwide equipped to offer divorce support groups. The program is nondenominational and features practical information and biblical teaching for recovering from divorce or separation. Learn more about Divorce Care at

Our group at Faith Community Church will meet on Mondays from September 9th through December 2nd, 7PM to 8:30PM. Each group is "self contained,” so you do not need to attend in sequence. Groups include a video seminar, group discussion and an “On Your Own” personal reflection exercises to do during the week.

Cost of the class is $20 to cover the required workbook. No online registration, just a paper registration at your first group.

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

You can't be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. In this eight-session video Bible study, author and pastor Pete Scazzero awakens participants to a biblical integration of emotional health and the classic practices of contemplative spirituality, leading to a relational revolution with Jesus. See Pastor Gary for details and please sign up at the Faith Connections counter.

Classes will meet each Sunday from December 1 to January 19 at 8:30 AM in the classroom.

Coats for Kids and More!

Brrr… another Wisconsin winter is fast approaching! Faith Community Church will be assisting the Salvation Army in the Collection of coats and warm outerwear (mittons, hats, boots, snow pants, etc…) for children and adults. Look for the Red Barrels in the foyer between September 23rd and October 15th. Place your new or “gently used” items in the containers. Every donation that is made will be a blessing to those who would otherwise go without.

Thank-you for being the hands and feet of Jesus!
